  • Photo-annotated report with findings organized for quick review.
  • Issue count and urgency notes to help you decide faster.
  • Buyer guidance on next steps, questions to ask, and negotiation points.
SCOPE LIMITS

We inspect access and tests performed, and we document what we can confirm during the session.

What it includes
What’s reachable, visible, and testable within agreed access conditions.
What it may not cover
Hidden internal components or issues that require unavailable tools, access, or dismantling.
Badge meaning
Green, amber, and red are indicators based on observed conditions within scope, not a guarantee of future condition.

How the Status Badges Work

Green — looks OK within scope
Amber — needs attention soon
Red — critical concern within scope

Badges summarize observations from the inspection session. They do not replace a warranty or a guarantee.

Inspection Modules

No guarantee for hidden issues
We cannot confirm hidden defects that require deeper diagnostics, teardown, or specialized laboratory testing.
Observations within scope
Status badges are indicators based on observed conditions during the inspection. They are not a warranty or a promise of future performance.
Testing boundaries
If a system cannot be safely tested on-site, we will note it and recommend next steps.
